Jean Theobald is a Texas native who made her move to Colorado in 1993.  After many years in property management and development for two multi family builders, she received her real estate license in 2005 and specializes in residential real estate.  She has been active in (SMDRA) the South Metro Denver Realtor Association since 2005, helping on the State Convention Committee (2009-2010), Emcee of the marketing sessions (2014-2016) and participating on the Government Affairs Committee (2016); additionally, she held various positions in the Mile High Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS® including President in 2011. The move to Keller Williams has been an exciting and positive work/life changer for Jean; and she enjoys helping answer questions and teaching in our market center.

Doug Osness, aka "The Big Why Guy," has been licensed since 1997 and with KW since 2006. He is part owner of The Corrigan Group. In 2015 Doug was selected as the Colorado Region Cultural Ambassador for KW and was honored on stage at Mega Camp. His passion is to help others discover their "Big Why" in life. He is happily married to Glenda. Doug raised 7 kids and it was worth it, due to the 9 grandchildren he has now. Ask him what his "Big Why" is in life and business.


Barry Bounds is currently the Managing Broker for KW Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He has over thirty-six years of experience in commercial real estate, as a broker, owner and investor. He has been a member of KW Commercial for seven years and is the Colorado representative for KWRI Commercial Leadership Council (CLC). He is the current President and CO-founder of the Commercial Real Estate Marketing Network (CREM Network).  He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is active at the State and National level. He has been a past director of the Rocky Mountain Carwash Association and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).  The ALC committee assignment is the Commercial Division and Finance.


Andrea Myers (Culhane) is kicking off her 10th year in real estate and 2nd year at Keller Williams.  She's a classically trained pianist and former work/life balance consultant.  She enjoys helping with Education and Technology in the office.  When she's not helping sellers and buyers throughout Metro Denver you can find her working as the assistant speech coach for Heritage High School and spending time with her husband and kids.


Leslie Porter leads the Culture Committee on our ALC. She has lived in Denver since childhood and served her clients with exceptional; customer service for more than 30 years. Leslie started her career in the insurance and financial services arena and moved to real estate 3 years ago. She loves working with new home buyers as much as she enjoys helping investors meet their goals. Leslie is a member if the Keller Williams Luxury Home division.
